horizontal bars

I have a website and use City Desk software.  I am just a novice with html.  Please explain to me how to replace extra paragraph spacing with horizontal bars for separating paragraphs.

You can view my problem at  www.essentialimmunehealth.com

Go to Friendly Links and see the extra paragraphs I'd like to replace with horizontal bars.

Thanks.

Between paragraphs you can insert this: <hr>  You have to insert this in html view.

It puts a horizontal rule across the page.  I think that is what you are looking for.

I think your links page looks fine. Sometimes white space can be just as good or better than lines, frames etc. The simpler, the better imho :-)

Note that if you're using CityDesk 2.0 it's actually <hr /> that you need, which is the XHTML version of <hr>.

You're a novice?  I'm really starting to feel like I don't know squat about web design.  <grin>  Your site is very nice!

I agree though.  The white space looks a ton better than horizontal bars would.
