What I like so far

I have just finished building a site using Atomz Publish, a web based content management system, that isn't too far from what CityDesk is (it's template based).  The one thing I hated about it is solved with CityDesk...it's a native app so I can use keyboard commands.  You know, that nifty ctl+s...you really start to miss it on a web app.  It doesn't seem like that much until you don't have it.

The next most dreaded thing CityDesk fixes is the network.  I am working locally, so no more waiting for all the data to be submitted to the server and then spit back at me.  I only have to deal with the network when I want to "Publish" my site.  I laughed when I first saw the help text for that button.

Hope this is too far from the kind of feedback you would like.

A very minor thing in relative terms, but from a diminishing overall stress levels standpoint, toweringly impressive:

When configuring the preview menu, your last location in the filesystem is not "forgotten" by the application, unlike the standard Windows dialog in every other piece of Win32 software.

Thank YOU!
