Need recommendations for adding e-commerce

Folks,

Recently downloaded CityDesk and am very impressed - the ease and speed to create a website is amazing.

Question: I'd like to sell my wares via a website created with CityDesk.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a product or service I can link to for a shopping cart, accept credit cards, etc.?

Joel: any plans on adding e-commerce functionality to CityDesk?

ecommerce is sort of a case-by-case basis, but I've gotten CD to work with paypal. Other solutions that are hosted with the vendor should work.

My neighbor uses the free shopping cart from http://www.mals-e.com/

The forum on Mals is pretty good at giving tips on how to get it going.

You can easily add this to CityDesk :)

I've integrated paypal shopping cart and also single payment into citydesk.  All that is involved is adding a form html code which is created for you by PayPal site.

If this is your first attempts at online selling, you might want to consider the advantages of PayPal -- you don't need to handle any credit card date (or be responsible for its security!), they are well known and respected, it takes only a part of one day to fully figure out how to use it, they keep your records for you to read online or to download in typical formats (for excel, etc.)
