The dreaded <P> tag (revisited)
I know this has been discussed, and is fixed in an unreleased version of CityDesk.
John Topley mentions editing out the <P> tags with Access. What freeware can I use to edit out the <P> tags myself?
Copyboy. I dunno what the link is. It should be permenantly in the sidenav here.
Thanks, Mark, except that I'm using the beta, and unfortunately CopyBoy is incompatible. http://discuss.fogcreek.com/CityDesk/default.asp?cmd=show&ixPost=7220
Yeah I saw that post after I added mine here. Looks like you're SOL until CopyBoy upgrades or you can get hold of someone with Access.
The new beta is out today fixing this problem.
I like the idea of putting a CopyBoy link in the sidebar here :)
I seem to remember that this happens not only with <P> tags but any tag that is used to begin a document. For instance, a lot of my articles begin with <DIV> and that tag would be used as the default start for the next new paragraph.
