Error on creating new template

I clicked "New Template"
Gave it a name.
Clicked OK.
Got the "City Desk Problem" dialog.
Clicked send
Get the "City Desk Problem" dialog again
Clicked send

Thereafter I get the problem dialog anytime I click the templates toolbar. This is after exiting and restarting CityDesk. The new template apears in the list of templates. The problem goes away if I delete the new template.

Seems to happen every time. I repeted the above several times.
CityDesk Starter Edition.
Windows XP home edition with latest patches.

Oh - duh. I glanced at that but didn't think it applied. Engage brain etc.....

My copy of access 97 won't open the .cty file. I think someone said  you need 2000. Is that correct?
