Same content in multiple documents

I'm a newbie so please forgive if this has been covered before. I have looked in the group without success.

Anyhow, what I need to do, for tracking purposes, is to have multpiple copies of an identical landing page in different folders.  For instance, I have one article called "fone". I want the same content from "fone" to appear in the folders fnz, times, etc. as "index" files.

The only way I have been able to figure is to manually do a copy of an article then paste it to all the different folders I want it to appear. Is there a script I can use to duplicate the contents of the article "fone" without having to manually copy the file each time I make changes?

{$foreach 1 x in (filename "fone") $}
{$x.body$}
{$next$}

I've elaborated on Mark's suggestion at my site:

Thanks Mark and Darren! So simple it scares me that I couldn't figure it out myself.
