UK English spell checker files

The spell checker checks only US English, despite the fact that Wintertree also supplies UK English in their base package.

The Wintertree site says "The main American and UK English dictionaries are shipped as two files: SSCEAM.TLX (or SSCEBR.TLX) and SSCEAM2.CLX (or SSCEBR2.CLX)".

Could the UK versions of these files please be made available on the Fogcreek site as a separate download, so that those of us in the UK can have a fully working spellchecker?

and some other languages... (Dutch for me, but other people may want to see German, French...)

It shouldn't really make a difference, but the other languages actually aren't included in the Winterflood base package - they cost $200 each.

$200 for a redistributable I believe.

which might be a nice way to differentate for
- VAR in the country
- professional version

I put the British dictionaries up on http://www.citydesknews.com for download.

We'll probably ship another half dozen languages or so with the next version.

Thanks Joel.

I got them to work by replacing the US files with the BR ones, renaming the US ones to something else first. A swift look at the CD code showed US filenames were seemingly hardcoded - so the options are rename the files or patch the code. Renaming the files is obviously better.

Is this correct, or is there another way?
