RSS feeds and lastBuildDate

I was looking for a placeholder that is equal to lastBuildDate/Time (last published date/time). Is there such a placeholder or someother way of adding this bit of dynamic info?

Thanks,

d.

Not quite, but some people have used the trick of listing all articles in descending order of date, and only taking the top one, and only getting it's date.

Something like

{$ foreach 1 x in (all) sortDescendBy .filedDate $}
{$ x.filedDate $}
{$ next $}

Throw this in a variable to keep your code clean, and use any date format you want with .setDateTimeFormat.

Ahh, good. Thanks. That's close enough.

{$setDateTimeFormat "English" "ddd,  dd MMM yyyy" "hh:mm:ss"$}
{$ foreach 1 x in (Folder "News") sortDescendBy .filedDate $}
{$ x.filedDate $} {$x.filedTime$}
{$ next $}
