Tip: Detecting Broken External Links

CityDesk is great at handling internal links, and will complain about obsolete links to items within a site.

This leaves the problem of links to external sites which may break at any time.

Tip: use a link checking tool to determine broken links in your CityDesk site.

I've used the free Xenu's Link Sleuth [1] link checker for quite some time, and have been happy with its reports.

I can second that suggestion. I've been using Xenu for quite a while, and it's worked very well for me.
