CityDesk for ASP.Net multi-user site?

We're looking at building a website for a company which will be both their public site and a hosting site for their affiliates.

So the site needs a consistent look and feel (CityDesk rules here), needs to allow a variety of users all over the country to create/edit their own pages with the same look and feel (still a CityDesk strength)

But it also needs to be very dynamic - lots of data-driven content. I just downloaded CityDesk for the first time, and I'm playing with it, but I want to ask the users here - is this an appropriate solution for a heavily data-driven site?
