FTP uploads

Does CityDesk upload the entire site every time, or just the stuff that's changed?

I want to use it while on a trip, over a tiny mobilephone-connection. Wouldnt want it to upload images that's already there....

I think it only uploads the stuff that's changed, though the program's status messages sometimes claim otherwise during the FTP process.  Actually, it's a little hard to be certain, because the messages are only displayed for a few moments before being over-written or disappearing.

If you use a different PC than the one you used for the last publish, CityDesk will upload everything rather than just the changes.

If you change any templates, CityDesk will obviously need to republish all articles that use them.

Otherwise, it'll just upload new/changed files.

Please note the differences:
publish article or publish site (changed files/all files).
The behavior of CD is not always that obvious.
