CityDesk SP2 files corrupt?

I downloaded the starter edition SP2 upgrade (I have SP1) but I get one of the following errors:

1) as soon as I try to launch CityDesk_starter_up.exe an error dialog "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program" appears.

2) I've tried downloading SP2 numerous times and sometimes the setup program actually starts. I am able to go through the wizard until I get to the point that it is copying files. It then stops on CityDesk.exe and claims the file is corrupted at the source.

I'm running Windows XP SP1 and not using any special 3rd party download managers. I am using Norton Antivirus 2002 but I tried disabling it while installing but no luck. I also tried installing the full version of CityDesk SP2 on a Windows 98 SE installation and got the same errors. The size after downloading is reported as 2.07 MB (2,180,551 bytes).

Could someone please verify this to make sure I'm not missing something obvious. Thanks!

Very strange.  That is exactly the correct size of the file.  I just downloaded and it ran fine.  I also downloaded it and compared it to our original and they were the same.

What is the URL that you are downloading from?

http://www.fogcreek.com/CityDesk/fog0000000033.html and then clicking on the "Upgrade" link which grabs it from http://www.paxlogica.com/CityDesk_starter_up.exe

I just grabbed the file again (believe me, I've downloaded it about 15 times now starting last night) and the one there now works (was it updated?).

Thanks.
