Error message Invalid keyword "alt" (\index:154)

In making changes to the template used to generate a file called "index.html" I get the error message there is an invalid keyword "alt". Does anyone know what this means. There is no "alt" in the index file, nor in the rendered version, as seen by Validator.  any clues?

some of the info is not correct. Alt does appear so I'm tracking that. should delete all ref  for the present!

Almost certainly this is caused becase you got some HTML inside CityScript ... that is, in between {$ and $}.

Switch to HTML view and search for ALT, then look closely to see if it's inside {$...$}

Thanks for your suggestion. The problem has disappeared and may have been due to my attempts to amend a template using CD editor? If it recurs I'll look as you suggest. Tks

It pretty easy to get HTML between your {$$}'s when you are editing your scripts in normal view.  It's good to check them out in HTML view before you move on the the next thing.
