Help with creating HTML files in Citydesk

Hi all,
I'm stumped by one aspect of Citydesk: I've got articles and templates and all that looking just right, but how do I go about creating an index.html file that uses the template layout?
Also, I've created folders to make categories, and want separate HTML pages for each category. How does HTML work in Citydesk, i.e. what needs to go in a ToC page for a specific category?

Lot's of questions.  To create an index.html file, just create an article named "index" and assign it a template.  That presumes the extension in the template's properties is html.

When you publish you'll have "index.html"
