Run-time error '339'

Just installed and registered on Windows XP sp1 and I got the above error with the additional text
"Component 'richtx32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Any thoughts.  I have successfully run on XP before, not SP1 though.

I tried the typical search for the file and search the registry, nothing on either one.  I unistalled and reinstalled, same thing.

Try finding the richtx32.ocx file and running regsvr32 on it.

That's just it.  It is not on my computer at all.

Think I figured it out.  At home when it messed up.  When I was registering I typed my name, checked anonymous and then hit register.  I don't think it like being fed a name in conjuction with anonymous.

It's not really related to registration.

If the file's missing, perhaps you installed the (2M) upgrade instead of the full version (8M)?

Duh, sure enough.  I rebuilt my home computer and grabbed a cd of I had with City Desk - the upgrade.

Sorry to have bothered everyone.
