Changing primary language

As far as I can tell , the only way to change the primary language is by renaming an existing language.

This is fine for new sites where translated content does not yet exist.  Is there or will there be a way to change this setting for existing CityDesk sites?

Actually, I tried renaming the primary language, but it still keeps English as the primary language. Can I mess with the database to change the primary language?

You can go into the CityDesk database file (*.cty) and change the language.

To change the primary language, I modified the tblLanguage table:
update tblLanguage set sLanguage='Serbian' where ixLanguage=1
update tblLanguage set sLanguage='English' where ixLanguage=2

Note that you cannot change the value of index ixLanguage. The primary language is the one defined in the first row (ixLanguage = 1).

I assume that you can go through tblArticle and update ixLanguage = 2 - ixLanguage (2 becomes 1, 1 becomes 2) and switch the language that way.
