changing index extension

I would like to change the extension of the index page generated by city desk from html to htm. Can this be done? Would be grateful for answer.

I assume its because you are using IIS as your web server?  Do you have access to the server?  Its easy to modify it so it knows about index.html files.

I'm not sure if I understood well the problem, but:

If you use a template for your index pages, you can just go into the "templates" menu. Select your template, select "properties" in the dialog window, and set the template's extension to ".htm" instead of the default ".html" setup.
