Feature req: "If link points to this page"

I'd like to put a basic menu on every page, "Contact" for example.  But if the user is actully viewing the "Contact" page, I'd like the "Contact" link to go away.  That is, I want the word, "Contact" to be there, I just don't want to a link: I don't want a live link from the page I'm viewing to the page I'm viewing.

Here is another example.  On http://tk-jk.net/Bridgers/  I use [[this part will be the link]] to make the chapter numbers into links to the article. But, on the article page: http://tk-jk.net/Bridgers/Shaggy/fog0000000023.htm I'd like the "Chapter 1, Part 1" link to go away.

This is not a life or death matter.

Would the ability to retrieve the current file/article's filename suffice? Maybe the loop (?) that creates the Nav bar can test the current article against the list being used to create the Nav bar

I second this request.  This would function much like the Navbar macro in Radio/Frontier.
