Folder name placeholder

I'm trying to write a template that uses the folder name in the menu strusture but have been unable to find a way to insert the folder name in which an article resides.  Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Ben

You aren't missing anything but there are ways to do it:

TK,

  Thanks for the reply.  I went through the 2 links you posted and they didn't answer my question.  I have already implemented a system that includes creating an article in eash folder with the keyword "Index" that gives me the folder information I need.

I'm trying to build a generic script that will loop through the articles in a folder.  By generic, I mean that it does not have the folder name hardcoded in it (so that I can out the script in a tempate).  The script I'm using now is as follows:

------
{$foreach x in ( and (folder "Articles") (not(keyword_contains "Index")) ) SortDescendBy .fileddate $}

  {$x.headline$}
{$next$}
------

Is there a way of getting the folder name (in this case "Articles") from the object itself?  Is there a variable called folderid or folder name or something like that?

Thanks again for your help with this.

Ben
