Creating links to sibling pages

I want to create links to sibling pages (in my site structure these are pages in the same folder), which works fine with a simple foreach loop specifying the folders.

It’s just a pity there seems no way for stating “this folder”. A clause (thisfolder) like there are (all) and (today) would enable you to create 1 variable for displaying siblings on any page! Now, I have to copy the script to each page paying attention to the folder names. Or did I miss something?

Also, I would like to give users visual feedback of where they are, i.e. on which page. I’m thinking of highlighting or disabling the proper link in the list of sibling pages Does anybody know how to do this in CityDesk?

There is a little bit of dicsussion on disabling links to "self" here:

I like your idea of being able to specify "this_folder"  That could be handy.  For the time being there's a risk of putting a script in a variable:

Thanks Terry and Michael.
Looking forward to seeing it implemented in the future.
