What style sheet editor is for me?

This is killin' me. For the longest time I've wanted a style sheet editor but I can't figure out which one may be best between these two:

style master css editor

http://www.westciv.com/style_master/product_info/design_win.html

Or

TopStyle Pro CSS http://www.bradsoft.com/topstyle/

I like the upgrade from html to css with this one

Has anyone had any experience/frustration with either one?

Thanks

John Cesta :re style sheet editor

I own both and have worked intensively with both. My recommendation is to use TopStyle Pro because it works much better [very stable] under MS Windows.

I do like StyleMaster, however I found that under MS Windows XP/Pro StyleMaster v3.5 is very quirky [not as stable as I would like] – they are about to release v4 into Beta so perhaps the problems under Windows have been fixed – but I am not going to spend the time experimenting further.

I use TopStyle.  It works great. I was going to try StyleMaster but I never got around to it. Just bought TopStyle instead.

Would you say that one program over the other is better for a novice CSS person like me. :))

I mean, when I search for span or div in Topstyle's help file in order to get a description of the tag there isn't one.

Actually I happen to believe that StyleMaster is far better for novices like you because their CSS tutorials are 2nd to none -- I just did not like the quirky way that StyleMaster worked under Windows. BTW, StyleMaster is also available for the Mac -- it was originally developed for the Mac then ported to Windows.
