Query / Feature request

I'm using Citydesk to publish a simple job listing site. I want to display a list of jobs & closing dates on the front page with links so people can click through to the job details. All very simple & quick to set up except I want to use the never publish after feature to ensure jobs disapear when the closing date is passed. However, there doesn't seem to be anyway of referencing this date as a variable on the listing page so I have ended up typing it into Extra1 as well.

Is there any way of displaying this date?

I don't think you can display the never publish after date.  What I've done when automating concert/event listings is to use the filed date (Which you can display) as the event date and select dates later than the published date in my foreach loop.

Perhaps you could do something similar.

Being able to display the never publish date would be handy at times.
