Wall Calendar Example

Ken McKinney's CtyCalendar.exe is terrific.

Many thanks to Ken for updating his little program, and answering my Stupid User Questions.

My events calendar is at:  http://www.beitrayim.org/ctycalendar.html

Ken's program is at: http://www.noferrets.com/articles/2003/11/ctycalendar.html

Would you please post a ctyCalendar command line as an example for me, I have tried several different ones to no avail. I don't know whether to include the argument words and where to put quotes.

Assuming you placed the excutable in c:\ctycalendar then you would put
c:\ctycalendar\ctycalendar --file "%1\somefile.html" in the "Before Copy" step for the publish location.  Replace somefile.html with the name of the file you want ctycalendar to process.

Thank you, I don't know what happened, today while I was trying to sort it out, the link to the example thumbnail on the http://www.noferrets.com/articles/2003/11/ctycalendar.html wasn't working for me, now it is.

That would be becasue it wasn't working at all. I don't quite know how that happened, I noticed and fixed it after I posted the note here.

Again, thank you, it was just what I needed to put a calendar on my site. I hope someday I can contribute something as worthwhile also.
