Yes, they're certainly both very nice sites -- but how come the Tai Chi site seems to disable my browser's "Back" button?  Was that intentional?

It seems to be forwarding you from a .org to a .com site, so the back button has to be pressed 2 times to work.  Or, you can use the dropdown list for the back button to leave.

The  logo (including your address) are created with a graphic.  If you put some text in the alt tag for the image readers without graphic browsers will know the name of your site.
Since the url has the name, maybe its not an issue for the banner name, but the address is something you might want to have in text somewhere.  Perhaps as a footer.  I often copy an address from a site to the clipboard so that I can go to maps.yahoo to fill in there form and get a map of where the place is.
