I need help...

Can someone take a look at this page:

http://www.lookwww.com/ideal/pages/learning.html

I don't get why the text is all sort of "messed up"

I just don't understand why there is so much "stuff" in the source code.

I created the page in the wywiwyg mode of CD. It just doesn't look right.

Do I need to create the page in an external editor then paste the source in the HTML view of CD? Is that the best way to do this? I would like to be able to pass this database onto the owners but I don't think that they are going to be able to understand all this creating in an outside editor then pasting into CD and NOT hitting the wysiwyg view.

Strange indeed. The source looks like the output from MS Word -- did you copy/paste from a Word doc?

Yea, I guess I did copy and paste from Word. I guess I should get rid of that stuff and then paste it into CD huh?

Maybe that too is why in Netscape the text is all centered and in IE it's not.

Maybe "Paste Without Formatting" would help? (I admit, I seldom open Word anymore, I mostly use Normal view for creating articles.)

My problem was that I pasted from Word. I just pasted from Word into a text editor and then pasted into CD. Everything is beautiful now.

Another question about css.

Can someone look at this page and tell me why the text and image is not centered?
