Single article publishing

I have never been able to publish a single article, either in CD1 or now CD2. I can preview a single article fine, but when I try to publish the article, the changes do not appear. Instead, I have to publish the entire site.

I'm running CD2 on Win2k Pro.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you publishing via ftp or file copy?

Both. I FileCopy to localhost and ftp to the public server.

Which one doesn't make the changes?  The file copy or the ftp?  or both?

Amos: Re Single Article Publishing

I have had zero problems using this feature .. in fact it works quite well.

However, I have noticed that if my web pages are cached I do have to “refresh” before the new single page with the changes are seen. If you use this nifty CityDesk feature make sure to “either” refresh or clear your cache before viewing the freshly published item/pages. :-)

It doesn't work for me with both File and FTP transfer.

Refreshing the page, either in IE 6.0 or Firebird 0.6 doesn't work.

I cleared cache and history. Nothing doing. I closed and re-opened the browsers. Again, nothing.
